It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera
If the game crashes to desktop after launching a new game or loading a previous one, you should try disabling Bump Mapping.
To do so you must select Options in the main menu. In the Graphics Options group make sure the "Use Bump Detail Maps" setting is disabled. You can use the "Use Detail Textures" setting (unavailable when using Bump Mapping) instead.
