Problem / question
Path contains illegal characters
Additional info

Some games do not allow certain characters (spaces, dots, etc) in their folder path, therefore we had to disable them.
However, if you absolutely need to install the game to a specific location, there is a possible workaround - you can create a symbolic link and use it to install the game.
To do so, press WindowsKey+R type in
cmd
in the newly opened window type:
mklink /d C:link "the path to the GOG.com folder"
Example:
mklink /d C:link "C:Program Files (x86)GOG.com"
Now in the installer type in:
C:link*gametitle*
and the game will install to:
C:Program Files (x86)GOG.com*gametitle*
