It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Please try installing the June 2010 DirectX runtime package. You can find the installer here.
You will have to extract the files into a selected folder, then open that folder and launch the DXSETUP.exe file in order to proceed with the installation.
