This game uses DOSBox, which emulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, etc., necessary for running many old MS-DOS games that simply cannot be run on modern PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista.
Although all games available at GOG.com that use DOSBox are initially configured to ensure a trouble-free game play experience, the original setup/configuration files were kept and are located in the game directory (“C:\Program Files\GOG.com\[Game Title]” by default). If changes in the game's configuration file make it unstable or even unable to run, simple re-installation of the game should resolve that issue. Moreover, to ensure that the game works the way it was meant to be played, we have provided a graphic configuration tool - "Graphic mode setup" - that can be found in the game's Start Menu directory. It's an easy to use, one-click utility that enables you to choose a suitable graphic mode in case of any problems concerning the visual side of the game.
