Nighthawk says: Collectively, the Gabriel Knight series are possibly the closest to a perfect mix of excellent gameplay and fantastic storytelling. All stories are written by director (and author) Jane Jensen. And it shows.
Nighthawk says: Maybe not a perfect game, but still manages to succesfully combine magic and 1700's steampunk era into an excellent roleplaying game.
Nighthawk says: An adventure game in a FPS-like GUI makes for innovation as your detective skills are put to the utmost test. A fine mix of serious and comic story.
Nighthawk says: The fallout series doesn't need an introduction. Just play it already!
Nighthawk says: Throwing it in here because it (just barely) fits. Runaway tried hard and was partly succesful in rejuvenating a recently rather flopping way of gaming. Runaway is sadly a bit too linear, and frankly a bit too easy to be all at the top.
Nighthawk says: MDK 2 relies more on cinematics and dialouge than it's ancestor, finely mixing comedy and action-based gaming.
Nighthawk says: A game that managed to fill many of the bars that it's previous game Post Mortem failed at. Still does suffer from a few silly puzzles, and the ending could have been better. (You'll know what I mean)
Nighthawk says: Awesome and grim future dystopian vision. This game is free and a must in any adventure-game collection.
Treat your GOGmix as your child - name it! ;)
Coming up with a cool and descriptive title should be your first priority. Being original is in your best interest - bet you wanna get lots of nice votes, right? Go all crazy if you want, but be sure to keep it civil!
So, what are the ingredients?
Pick a game that belongs in your GOGmix from the list, or find it by typing something in the text field. Relevance is key here - Earthworm Jim doesn't quite fit the "Sexiest heroines of all time" bill now, does it?
Justify your choice... Or not!
OK, so it's not required, but now that you went through the trouble of adding a game, telling everyone why you did it would be a nice finishing touch. After you're done here, add another game, rinse, repeat.
