Some of the games that made me

GOGmix by Fetthesten's avatarFetthesten 2votes

Alone in the Dark 1+2+3

Fetthesten's rating:

Fetthesten says: I liked the atmosphere of these games enough to put up with the diabolical controls. Never finished the third one, though.

Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition

Fetthesten's rating:

Fetthesten says: This, and Prince of Persia, broke new ground in graphics and animation when I was a kid. The strong focus on exploration was ultimately what captured my attention, though. I still like it, even if it's a bit too linear for my now-refined tastes.

Cannon Fodder

Fetthesten's rating:

Fetthesten says: The cartoon graphics and exaggerated violence initially masks what is a remarkably brutal and challenging game. Though repetitive, it presents a worthy challenge.

Dungeon Keeper Gold™

Fetthesten's rating:

Fetthesten says: I remember waiting years for this game, and being amazed when I finally got it. The graphics, the atmosphere, and not least the gameplay - all incredible. It's still unequaled in some respects.

Treat your GOGmix as your child - name it! ;)

Coming up with a cool and descriptive title should be your first priority. Being original is in your best interest - bet you wanna get lots of nice votes, right? Go all crazy if you want, but be sure to keep it civil!

So, what are the ingredients?

Pick a game that belongs in your GOGmix from the list, or find it by typing something in the text field. Relevance is key here - Earthworm Jim doesn't quite fit the "Sexiest heroines of all time" bill now, does it?

Justify your choice... Or not!

OK, so it's not required, but now that you went through the trouble of adding a game, telling everyone why you did it would be a nice finishing touch. After you're done here, add another game, rinse, repeat.
