PanzerAzelSaturn says: Along with the 2 prior AoW games, this is the best series of turn based strategy RPG's with a fantasy theme. As much as I love Civ II, I love this series even more. It's like a vastly improved Civ II with elves and magic and all that awesomeness.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: My favorite RPG in the standard PC isometric perspective (ie. games like Fallout, Baldur's Gate, etc.) Tons of choices, awesome character building potential, great story, superior world building, it's got it all. A little buggy, but quite playable.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: Betrayal at Krondor is my favorite game ever. I have played it at least 10 times since 1995 and I still love it. First person exploration and grid based strategic combat combined with a huge world and absolutely amazing story (later made into a book)
PanzerAzelSaturn says: One of my old favorites that I still play today. A Settlers style game, but I like it better than the Settlers games I've played. Some may find it too slow, but I love it. There are demos available online. Build a town, build an army, decimate.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: Good old Lords of the Realm. It's actually pretty hard, but I love it! A hands off management type game for the most part, with RTS style battles. It has it's flaws, but overall is just tons of fun to play. The expansion has awesome castle sieges :)
PanzerAzelSaturn says: I just love the Impressions games series from the Caesar games and up. This is probably my favorite, guess I just like Egypt a lot? Build a town and a strong economy and meet mission conditions. Challenging and tons of fun. Not combat oriented.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: A fun game that uses a JRPG style, but mixes in more western themes. I've always seen it as a western take on Final Fantasy VII. Not the best game I've ever played, but well worth the time I put into it. I remember the load times on my old P233, lol.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: The closest I could get to adding Civ II to my list. Always liked Civ II better, but this is nearly the same game with graphics changed to the planet you journey to with the spaceship in Civ II. Great game and much better than Civ modern IMO.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: Perhaps this is just because I'm a huge scaredy cat, but this game properly terrified me while being a fun adventure game. Very mature graphics and themes, but quite well told. Short, but probably long enough. Much better than the sequel for me.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: Ah, I'm such a big Tropico fan. I've 100% completed this whole package, the games are hard, but I love them. Tropico 2 was good, if odd, but Tropico and its expansion are games I've been playing since release and that won't change soon.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: More fun from Impressions Games... Build an awesome city and please the gods often. These games are like giant open ended puzzles for me, I love designing a city as efficiently as possible and handily trouncing my objectives :)
PanzerAzelSaturn says: Beautiful story game. Short but sweet and 100% worth playing.
PanzerAzelSaturn says: Very fun Metroidvania game with a good sense of humor. Great title.
Treat your GOGmix as your child - name it! ;)
Coming up with a cool and descriptive title should be your first priority. Being original is in your best interest - bet you wanna get lots of nice votes, right? Go all crazy if you want, but be sure to keep it civil!
So, what are the ingredients?
Pick a game that belongs in your GOGmix from the list, or find it by typing something in the text field. Relevance is key here - Earthworm Jim doesn't quite fit the "Sexiest heroines of all time" bill now, does it?
Justify your choice... Or not!
OK, so it's not required, but now that you went through the trouble of adding a game, telling everyone why you did it would be a nice finishing touch. After you're done here, add another game, rinse, repeat.
