GOG At A Glance (with averaged user ratings - updated)1vote I like it
SpiderFighterToo says: Bear with me, please; this is a MASSIVE undertaking. The idea is to have every game that GOG sells listed here, along with the user rating and common opinions from each game's sale screen, for easy reference during sales. (Continued below)
SpiderFighterToo says: Needless to say, with a catalog of over 600 games, this won't get done in a day. Today's goal is to get all games in the list (with ratings, rounded up), if only to check the load time (and see if the list will even support that many games). Cheers!
SpiderFighterToo says: 4.5 - adventure / point-and-click / horror - 1993 Sirdilznik comments about a wide variety of puzzles with varying difficulty, making it a good game for any level. Drachehexe calls it "Dark, creepy, intelligent and beautiful all at the same time."
SpiderFighterToo says: 3.5 - shooter / arcade / platformer - 2013 Daugaarddk: "One of a kind metal madness." WearyAmoeba: "Great game for fans of Spelunky. Super hard." Skellus: "graphics okayish, effects okayish, but animations are unsmooth."
SpiderFighterToo says: 3.5 - adventure / point-and-click / modern - 2010 VondeVon calls it "a great story" but cautions that it's "slow, overly wordy." Padanfain says it's "a cinematic epic." ThorChild calls it a "well told and interesting story."
Treat your GOGmix as your child - name it! ;)
Coming up with a cool and descriptive title should be your first priority. Being original is in your best interest - bet you wanna get lots of nice votes, right? Go all crazy if you want, but be sure to keep it civil!
So, what are the ingredients?
Pick a game that belongs in your GOGmix from the list, or find it by typing something in the text field. Relevance is key here - Earthworm Jim doesn't quite fit the "Sexiest heroines of all time" bill now, does it?
Justify your choice... Or not!
OK, so it's not required, but now that you went through the trouble of adding a game, telling everyone why you did it would be a nice finishing touch. After you're done here, add another game, rinse, repeat.
