AkiMatti says: My first contact with this game was in a computer store where it was on display and playable. I played it for a few minutes then and already knew it would be a must buy. And when I finally got it, it was even more mindbogglingly surreal and fun!
AkiMatti says: This was really a surprise game for me. I was never much into those topviewed games like Diablo, Baldur's Gate etc. My friend got a nice group deal and spoke me into it and was it ever worth it! The world of Planescape left me in awe in every aspect.
AkiMatti says: "What is this game doing in this gogmix?", you ask. Duke is surely some run'n'gun action but what really challenged my imagination was the multiplayer aspect. Tripbombs, pipebombs, shrinking rays and freezers really made it challenging and cunning!
AkiMatti says: If you're wondering what could a post-nuclear world have that you would have to use your imagination, you're in for a surprise. The roleplaying aspect in this game really lets you use your imagination in the world. The possibilities!
AkiMatti says: This is an epic. Meaning a story of wonderful proportions. The only thing that stopped my playthrough was the mention of a Bible sequel which hurt my feelings as a Christian a bit too much. If you have no such constraints, buy this! RIGHT. NOW.
AkiMatti says: This game lets you see your surroundings almost like a true traceur. "Hmm... where could I get from here? Let's try this!"
AkiMatti says: The weapons, the threats and traps. The bouncing platforms years and years before Quake 3 Arena!
AkiMatti says: "HOW AM I GOING TO SURVIVE THIS!?"
AkiMatti says: This was my first time I got to control something in the likeness of a Mech. Merging that with a good story, and a more traditional fps strained my belief on what an fps could really bring to the table. What is this, emotions in my fps? Unheard of!
Treat your GOGmix as your child - name it! ;)
Coming up with a cool and descriptive title should be your first priority. Being original is in your best interest - bet you wanna get lots of nice votes, right? Go all crazy if you want, but be sure to keep it civil!
So, what are the ingredients?
Pick a game that belongs in your GOGmix from the list, or find it by typing something in the text field. Relevance is key here - Earthworm Jim doesn\'t quite fit the "Sexiest heroines of all time" bill now, does it?
Justify your choice... Or not!
OK, so it's not required, but now that you went through the trouble of adding a game, telling everyone why you did it would be a nice finishing touch. After you\'re done here, add another game, rinse, repeat.
