Atmospheric Games2votes I like it
Khajiit says: This game has it all: Charming graphics, good music, fun characters and (quite special for an old adventure) non-frustrating gameplay. It is easy to pick up and play, and when you do you will get sucked right into the game's story and it's world.
Khajiit says: This one has almost exactly the same merits as it's predecessor. Only big differences are that this one has even more beautiful backgrounds (which is a pro) and that the locations are less varies (which is a con).
Khajiit says: Say what you want about this game, but it is one which plays out in a real world. It may not be the biggest gameworld you will ever see, but if you go snooping around in it you will discover that it is detailed and filled with quite some surprises.
Khajiit says: From the creators of "Broken sword", and with backgrounds drawn by Dave Gibbons of "Watchmen" fame. You really can't go wrong here. But do keep in mind that this is an adventure with some old school toughness.
Khajiit says: Myst was, for it's time, a graphical marvel. It has aged quite a bit, however. Riven, on the other hand still looks amazing to this day. This, combined with the beautiful music of the game, gives you a ticket to immersion in beauty and mystery.
Khajiit says: Well this game immersive and atmospheric allright. The story is great, the environments among the most creative i have ever seen, and there is some great voice acting. It is quite dark at times though, so i would not reccomend it for casual play.
Khajiit says: These games are just so much fun to watch. The environments are classic fantasy, with some bizarre and slightly dark twists. The setting is actually quite silly, but the art and animations are done with much love and it shows.
Treat your GOGmix as your child - name it! ;)
Coming up with a cool and descriptive title should be your first priority. Being original is in your best interest - bet you wanna get lots of nice votes, right? Go all crazy if you want, but be sure to keep it civil!
So, what are the ingredients?
Pick a game that belongs in your GOGmix from the list, or find it by typing something in the text field. Relevance is key here - Earthworm Jim doesn't quite fit the "Sexiest heroines of all time" bill now, does it?
Justify your choice... Or not!
OK, so it's not required, but now that you went through the trouble of adding a game, telling everyone why you did it would be a nice finishing touch. After you're done here, add another game, rinse, repeat.
