Does the GOG version of W&W come with the unofficial patch 1.0, Town AVI XP patch, and other improvements?

Update: Just did a quick comparison of W&W GOG with my patched CD installation (with unofficial patch, Town AVI patch and Ludmeister's mod): The GOG version does not have the Town AVI patch nor Ludmeister's mod (was to be expected), but I can't tell whether or not the unofficial patch is present. Save files from the CD installation seem to work in the GOG version, but I'm not able to say if they can be used safely to continue the game in an environment without my additional tweaks.

Well...you didn't wrote wich WW you#re talking about...

but you can see the version and additional infos under galaxy, after installation the backrolloption even allows to take a close lock at the changelog.
For WW7 you can see it's 2.2 Gold with some Gog-patches, the last one (Nr. 13) from Nov. 2015 that improved WW for Mac and gave it El Capitan(?) compatible.
You could see the info at the downloadmenü and at the libary but since galaxy has been released i can't see the infos anymore.

If you need a complete patchlog, you can ask the support, i did it for other games and after 2 Week (+/- some days) i got the Infos needed via email.
I think the original poster is asking about "Wizards & Warriors" (written by the same person who did the Wizardry series), since the "Wizards & Warriors" game does not have their own official forum.

"Wizards & Warriors". I thought "W&W" was clear enough (I would describe a "normal" Wizardry game like "Wizardry 7" as "W7", not as "WW7" or "W&W7".
And, believe it or not, there are still people out there who don't use Galaxy, nor have any intention to do so (but that's a different story).
For me, W&W is at least as much a part of the Wizardry series as the Ultima Underworld games belong to the Ultima series (and are covered there on the GOG forum, too).

I guess GOG has released the original W&W plus the unofficial 1.0 patch (on the download page the version is stated as "1.0b"). File sizes of the files in the GOG game folder and those contained in the unofficial 1.0 patch are exactly the same.

For more information concerning W&W patches and mods see Jeff Ludwig's site http://www.jeffludwig.com/wizardswarriors/.

I would name it the same way you did...but from my experience over the last years...many people have their own way to name stuff :)...so...better asking...

Talking about galaxy, i can understand you well, i prefer the old downloader with a huge PREFER but with more and more games tuned for galaxy with only the backupfiles left for nonegalaxyusers....i gave up and installed it.
Testing it imo...after a few weeks i will see if i can take it or if have to leave gog.

But...aside from this...you can still write a supportticket and ask for the Info, as i said, i did it from time to time with other games.
