Agreed. it hurts my eyes without the fix for sure.

mine too, for some time I was having to play Wiz 1-5 either on the Apple 2 emulator which for Wizardry 1-3 isn't much better since there is a smaller view window for the dungeon and the character art is awful to look at or the c64 versions which look better and had decent colours but the load times are painful to deal with and the later ones had ridiculous amount of discs that need to be swapped in and out constantly. This little discovery helped me though I can now play the PC version without getting headaches, plus the colours are not much different from the other versions anyway all but the latter Japanese ports had used very limited colour palettes anyway.
