FYI
If you download the manual it says on page 15:
"Location (Option+F1-F4) This saves the current Command Map game play position."
if you press F1 in game you get the ingame help screen and it says Shift+F2-F4. So Shift+F1 is gone and the old manual not updated. Maby have one old and one curent?

back in the old days manuals were often printed well in advance of the game's release and thus was rarely or never updated.

Edit: also the version of the manual GOG has available is for the mac version of the game as thats the only scan that exists.

I scanned the Battlechest version a while ago for archive purposes, I am gonna check some old DVD's and see if I cant track down my old scan.

I did go true my arcives and found a edited downloaded scan from 2005-12-30 also for the MAC. It have a baner for a site that i am not shore if one is alowed to take manuals from on the front page. And a page added where ther is a map of the world in the game. My manuals name is. WarCraft-Orcs-Humans_Manual_DOS_EN.pdf hope that dont break some copyright rules to share.

I will share mine, its my manual so, yeah it will be nice to give a proper pc manual to the community.
