Just opened my game and I unlocked about 25 achievements mostly related to "my pet dungeon" without even buying it or playing it. Weird bug?

Have the complete version, but had something similar happen. Finished main campaign, opened the game it played a heart of gold cutscene thing and suddenly afterward the game thinks I 100%'d My Pet Dungeon and thinks I beat level 1 of Heart of Gold.
