I purchased Wallace & Gromit about 15 min before the sale ended.

After taking a break I came back to download it. In the middle of me viewing my library, the sale ended (ticked over past 10 pm.

I clicked the image of the product to download, got notice that I was moving/rearranging my dashboard, so it wanted to go into manual mode. So I clicked ok. Then Wallace & Gromit was removed.

I went to check the store.

Wallace & Gromit is no longer in the store.

I clicked Sort by Purchase Date.

It is no longer on my account.

WTF is going on here?!

Read the previous text of the thread you posted in. Like we speculated, it's probably just related to them removing it from the store, and will come back in the next few days.

Edit: Come back as in on our shelves, not on the store.

ty, I just saw it. I hope it is true and it comes back.
Me too!
I have lost the game that I previously purchased.

Maybe, This is a licensing issue.
Wallace & Gromit is also no longer on steam store.

But, our accoount issue would be an accident :(
I reported it to support as I was not impressed that it disappeared right after I bought it. I also had no idea they were removing it from the store. Today at FS I had a nice surprise; tonight on GOG I did not.

Still in my catalogue but I paid for it in 2012 probably around $20 or so. recently did this with Rise of the Triad and then it went on sale. But when games go over $30 I don't touch them anymore. and never put DRM on my computer. Maybe on my backup but not the main. have enough trouble with the DRM for movies..
Aready bought, downloaded and stored, but it's still lame they didn't warn anyone.
Apparently, the distribution deal between Telltale and Aardman has ended, and Telltale have no intention to renew it...
I really don't understand why they don't warn the customers in those cases, it could be quick cash for them.

Between this one and the classic Fallout series, it seems that, more and more, big sales mean "quick, buy it before it disappears"...

This is the kind of situation that shows us one of the weakest aspect of digital distribution: distribution deal ended -> not for sale anymore... when you can still find the physical version many years after in stores...

I just learned that last year's Deadpool is already gone.
Okay, I can see it in my account...

When you can still find the physical one...

That's great, if you can find it, and do so without
having to travel all around town...

Both digital and physical have their downsides...

STILL, it does suck.
