JalPhoenix: I can't remember why I bought this game, but I installed it today to give it a shot. Holy mother of crap. I have never in my life seen a game so insanely complex, with hundreds of screens, options and stuff to manage. This doesn't strike me as a game, but as work that I'm not being paid for. I went in expecting some kind of tutorial like most games have, but I found nothing. Come on. Games with one tenth of this level of complexity have tutorials for beginners. I downloaded the manuals, but it's kind of hard to reference a pdf when you're trying to play the game on the same machine. I ended up uninstalling and moving it to the bottom of my bookshelf with the other mistakes I've bought on GoG. I may give it a shot one day, but I need something to get started because right now I have no idea how. Any suggestions.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find any more detailed information compared to other Paradox games, but I hope this helps little bit.
