It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The game won't start at all.
The installation went successfully. The files are ok.
When i run the .exe the game freezes completely, Only with a small window on the desktop.
After that i get a massage that DEP blocked the application. I tried to disable DEP for the game but is said it can't be disabled for the program.
What can i do ??

My system is Vista 32Bit - Dual core 2,2Ghz - 4GB ram - Nvidia 9650m GT (Low end but it should run the game).
I tried installing Visual C++ 2008 to 2015, .Net 4 and DirectX End-User Runtimes but it didn't help.
The game is patched to version 2.07 Build 161025

Try checking your firewall so that the executable is able to connect to the Internet. Appartenly, Victor Vran needs to connect to the Haemimont server when launched and if the connection is blocked the game crashes. It would work if it doesn't detect a network so you could disconnect your computer from the Internet and try launching the game. If it works it could be that the problem is about the blocked call home on startup.

I'm afraid I can't understand your error window and I'm not sure if this will help as it seems you have tried everything but it might be worth another go. I had the same problem as you and the steps I follow to get the game to work without crashing are;

when I first installed VV and I tried to run it my firewall flagged up that it (victorvran.exe) wanted to connect to the internet so I set it to deny access completely across all zones and to remember my choice. That way I don't have to do this step every time I want to play as the program is permanently blocked. I can't remember if I then rebooted for good measure.

Now when I want to play I turn off my Network connection before loading the game and keep it off all the while I am playing. This is the only way I can get the game to work without it either crashing or connecting to the internet. If I forget to turn off Network connection the game will crash with an error message that may have been the same as yours.

Also, my DEP settings are 'Turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only' so if yours is set to the other option, it might help to try this setting.

Hope this solution works for you - good luck!
This did not help either. Does the game requires Gog Galaxy ??

Sorry that didn't help :( Have you tried contacting support? They might be able to help more.

No, Galaxy is not a requirement to get the game to work, it does work without it.
Ok, I'm writing this to others who have a similar problem like mine.

I contacted Gog Support.
They said, that the game does not support my graphics card (GF 9650m GT), and they weren't able to make the game work reliably on test computers running that graphics card.
And also that i have not enough ram. (4Gb)

Thanks for the help everyone.
