1. Just in case refresh your acount by visiting https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
2. Go to the game view in you library and choose SERIAL KEYS
3. Go to https://www.gog.com/redeem and enter the serial key from step 2 (direct link will probably not work)
4. That's it, now you may see the Redux version as it is a seperate game in your account.

Also, screenshot should help.

I don't have the Serial Keys option.

EDIT: Got it working, was trying to do through the GoG Galaxy, only works on website.

Now I have both non REDUX and REDUX versions))

Thanks to devs for not removing the old version. I'll give it a try later already the REDUX version.

I tried following this procedure, but it said the promo code had already been used. Was this a time limited thing?

Doesn't work with the recent discount, I get the message: Serial keys depleted.

Edit: Apparently the Redux keys are back up!

I just found this out today, which is a little silly. Couldn't there have been an e-mail sent out to anyone who purchased the game to know about this? Kind of a weird way to release an update.

I just bought The Vanishing Ethan Carter. I am unable to locate a serial key for the Redux version. I have checked both GoG Galaxy and the web browser under my games library for a serial key. Both from the drop down menu on the game itself as well as all the other stuff such as orders, wallet....etc.
I tried following the blue directions listed in this thread.
got it figured out. The blue instructions are not acurate.

You must go to the games tab...the Etahn Carter game...click view downloads...and then on the "More" drop down there will will be a redeem serial key button to click on. It will take you to a page with your key.

hope this helps someone...and really all the thanks go to Jennifer.
