I've been playing the Final Cut on LAN and we've been having massive trouble with lag and dropped connections. The trick with the executables almost completely fixed the problem. Thanks for posting this.

It looks like the site changed it's urls.

seems to be the new link. If the site still isn't working for you, the basic idea for improving startup time is to navigate to the folder/directory where you installed the game, go into the strings folder and delete or move all of the languages you don't use. If you are after the game performance trick then look in the game folder at the different executables and use the one that matches your computer to launch the game.

Thanks for the link, yet the game's still crashing upon the second loading screen!

My specs:
WIN 10 64 (Pre-anniversary upgrade)
AMD FX 8350
Gigabyte GTX G1 1080
32gb G-skill

I'll try another reinstall, will keep you posted.

Yeah, I don't know if these things would help with that or not. Do you get any kind of error message or just a dump to desktop?
