So, basically i have to chose: True Patch Gold or Wesp's patch. And i really don't know which one is the better one. I'm looking for a patch that just solves bugs and has no restored content or extra modding. At least for this playthrough.

Also, any way to revert back to the original files without reinstalling or using back-up files?!

That's a touchy topic. My advise hasn't changed over the years. Start with the True Patch - it is by far more in touch with the regular game and changes little except fixing the bugs. If you want a change, then use the unofficial patch. Both work fine.

I've never used the True Patch but per my understanding it is a strictly bug fixing patch. The Unofficial Patch has two different versions that you choose from during the install: Basic and Plus. The Basic version is mostly a bug fix (I don't recall whether it changes anything else beyond putting Histories back into the game) and the Plus version (along with the bug fixes) restores cut content and changes other parts of the game.

Edit: And I do believe you have to completely uninstall and reinstall Bloodlines to remove the Unofficial patch and I would imagine it's the same for the True patch.
