I decided I wanted to replay Bloodlines. Any mod suggestions that add new content?

If you want to stick with the original bloodlines story there is clan quest mod. That adds a specific quest for each clan, and in the latest version a completely new hub.
Or you can try one of the total conversions:
Wargames plays in the WW2 era, and Prelude (as yet only part 1) is a prequel to the bloodlines story.

You can find all of them on ModDB.

You could try the unofficial, non-basic patch. Lot's of added content but the same story line.

Yeah, I have that installed. I just didn't know if there were any other mods that added any extra content.
