According to Facebook, the devs are still working on it. I don't expect it to come today, though.

Been playing the Steam version a bit. The new characters are really different (for example, Gilda's block button does not block but does a soul-switch attack), but it's a bit buggy. Unless you're in a hurry, wait a hotfix or two

A new update should be out tomorrow on Steam. It wouldn't surprise me if GOG decided to skip .23 to release the fixed version directly.
I could be completely wrong though.
