When I try to go fullscreen all I get is a black screen. The music is still going though.

I have found a solution go into the folder where the game belongs and open the option. ini Alternatesyncmethod=0 Turn to 1 and now you can use the fullscreen mode enjoy :-)

Google this... DXVK on GitHub, you'll find the files you need to fix it there.
DXVK is a Vulkan-based implementation of D3D9, D3D10 and D3D11.

Go to the releases section of the DXVK page and download the zip, then copy the 32bit version of the DirectX files to the game directory. It's the only working solution for me, when I'm using a Lenovo Legion Go handheld with AMD integrated graphics on Windows 11. Thank me later.
