So I started the game today and I wanted to continue the campaign. I defeated Archimedes with help of Hopper and just started with the Commonfolk campaign. Today I started the game and there was no progress anymore. The only option was new game.

There was a game update today. Probably the purpetrator.

Also if I click on new game it says there is an existing save file which will be deleted. But the continue button is greyed out with a keylock and doesnt let me continue.

Off, must have something to do with cloud saves? I'll look into it. In any case, you can manually edit your save data to regain your progress. It's in:
%appdata%/ToothAndTail/SaveData.xml

Open that in a text editor and it will be pretty obvious what to do!
