Currently, the in-game options menu is inaccessible. This makes you unable to change the font size by normal means.
However, I found a workaround for this:
1. Go to the folder where Toonstruck is installed and enter into Toonstuck/MISC folder.
2. Backup EZFONT.CAF and TOONFONT.CAF files - is case you mess up something (otherwise you'll need to reinstall the game).
3. Rename both files by swapping their names (EZFONT will be named TOONFONT and vice versa).
4. Run the game - you'll have the big font.
If you want to have small font again, rename both files again.
