i have the same "problem". restarted gog, my pc but no Update, also redownloaded the game and old version
I have only the hearts of stone dlc maybe this is the fault?

Maybe you should try restarting Galaxy if you use it? The update appeared for both my regular version without integrated DLCs and for the GOTY one.

ive allready restarted it serveral times.... maybe because im on galaxy 2.0? is there an old galaxy 1 launcher? havent used gog in a while sorry

Well, it shows up on the GoG site for me as well, so i don't know how to help you other than trying that.

i have ZERO DLCs and just have standard witcher 3

They change the goty to complete edition, need to redownload the game

Good news, the old version is still downloadable in the Backup & Goodies section, listed in the Extras as "Witcher 3 GOTY Classic (1.32)"
