If I buy the physical copy of the game will I then be able to redeem it on gog galaxy to download it in the future if I lose the cd? I'd don't even have a cd reader in my computer at the moment due to the fact that I don't usually buy retail copies of games.

I'm also interested in this. I have a CE of Witcher 3 on its way to me, hope I can redeem a key on GoG as I also don't have a disc-drive in my PC.

In an answer to both of our questions, yes, my Collector's Boxed Edition came with a GOG.com Game Code inside the cd-case.
