I have this problem.

In the "Get Junior" mission i have to talk to Vernon Roche in the partisan camp (fist time i meet Vernon). The problem is that i cant talk to Vernon Roche. I got the mission when i was about level 6-10 (patch 1.06). So i played other missions. Now im level 26 and still cant talk to Vernon, so i'm stuck in the game now :-((

(I'm running patch 1.07 now)

Please Fix !!!

Found this:
If you activate the torch WHILE HOLDING THE WITCHER SENSE button,it should work.

Well I'm pretty sure from what I read it's got a lot to do with that torch.:-(

Same here cant talk to Vernon Roche
Tried other things to do that helped other but not for me... :(
