Ive entered every single house in Vergan, and didnt found any female dwarfs!

and while we are at it, I also didnt found any elf or dwarf children, i mean do they come out of an egg or are they actually born.

The reason I say that was because of the peasants dream, I wont spoil it for others but saskia did said she liked dwarfs, do we only have male dwarfs and they do elfs and humans to make more male dwarfs ?

Anyone else thought about that ?

btw, Im not complaining, i was just curious, and this matter was quite funny for me, so i thought i share it with my friends here at gog.

I know right? This is the case in practically every medievil fantasy setting except Dragon age! This does not compute!

and I heard that elf children are much taller than average human, for example a 10 year old elf girls might be as tall as a 16 year old human girl. or so i red in the elven lore on the site.

and about the she dwarves, just shave the beard and put it on their head, i guess that would be a close sample, right ?

Maybe both sexes grow beards haha?

Really, it's probably just an oversight - just like LotR and female dwarves, and Mass Effect and female Turians.

Apparently all female dwarfs are in Mahakam where as a dwarf You need to work for x years in mines to get a wife assigned, since one of decree by Brouver Hoog that rules there.

There are no female dwarves or little dwarflings because as anyone who knows anything knows, dwarves are monoecious hermaphrodites that when these individuals approach for copulation and exchange of gametes, cross-fecundation occurs and they divide themselves by transversal bipartition.

That is, they bugger themselves and split into two new adult males.

Really.

I'm inclined to believe in your first explanation. Maybe the sexual dimorphism is almost null in dwarfs. The she-dwarfs have beards, wide bodies with strong muscles, same low tone voice... but a vagina! So you will never know what is what, only a dwarf can notice/feel the difference.

They cannot reproduce asexually, because then all dwarfs would be practically clones of themselves, not to mention, the lack of genetic diversity would annihilate the whole population faster than racist Keadweni soldiers. The most obvious explanation is that CD Projekt didn't want/couldn't/ignore creating female dwarfs models. The funniest explanation is they are hiding, afraid of Witcher's sexual predator reputation, or they indeed look like males ones... ergo, Zoltan is a woman!

I believe it might be a similar situation to that of Discworld dwarfs.

... Discworld dwarfs of both sexes have beards. .... female Discworld dwarfs are common, but are traditionally indistinguishable from males at all times. Dwarfs prefer not to spend much time on the subject; the dwarfish language has a gender neutral pronoun, usually rendered as "he" when speaking human languages. Dwarfish courtship is an incredibly tactful affair, primarily concerned with finding out which gender the other dwarf is. Despite the awkwardness that comes of this, it is traditionally considered rude to discuss female dwarfs in conversation.
