I have been through every thread out there pertaining to fixes for FPS issues in this game, none of them have worked. I have rolled back drivers, tried beta drivers, uninstalled 3D, etc etc etc. I haven't really seen anyone talking about nvidia mobile GPUs so I was wondering if anyone knows of any fixes for these in specific.

i7 @ 1.6hz
4gb RAM
Nvidia GT 330M
+1

I'd like to get my fps up a bit too. I can just barely play the game (getting about 20fps with everything set to the lowest it can go).

i5 @ 1.6Ghz
4Gb RAM
nVidia GT335M (1Gb)
It looks like we are all just going to have to wait for a solution from either CDPR or Nvidia/AMD.

They're currently working on the language pack/ dlc download issues.

Your specs are just way below minimum.
if i recall corectly the minimum specs called for 2 ghz

don't know about rest of specs, but quick glance at them and i would not even have tried this game
TW2 is very CPU intensive, I have an i7 920 OC'd to 4.2GHZ and it maxes 2 cores in certain areas.

1.6ghz is too slow.

Better optimization is your only bet.

I really don't think this is the case. First off the core i7s have turboboost which bumps up clockspeeds according to cpu load, it can get up to at least 2.6hz. Also I have run overclocking utilities on the GT330M with absolutely no changes in performance in TW2. Not to mention when I use "autodetect recommended settings" from the options it puts everything in the medium range. Something is screwy here, I have never had any issues running other games on high.

I'm in the same boat as yourself. Also the game isn't "CPU heavy" it's more on the gpu side. I've oc and underclocked my cpu

3Ghz
2.4Ghz
3.5Ghz

no differnece at all in performance

The minimum specs also call for a much stronger GPU, but you're right in observing that you shouldn't get a bad result with a 330M (assuming you're not regarding an entirely predictable result like 30 fps on Low as "bad").

Your laptop doesn't have nVidia "Optimus technology", does it? Optimus had been screwing up TW1 installations something fierce until the 270.61 drivers mostly fixed it.

The power of a CPU isnt measured just by its speed, also this game loves CPU im on a quad and ive checked my cores and there ALL being used and under heavey load at times. But the game does seem to oddly perform better or badly on two PC'c with the same spec 'odd'.
Nope, never heard of Optimus. Also I should note that when I reduce the display resolution to 800x 600 I get full 60 fps even on high settings. Even if I bump the resolution up one notch from that the framerate then plummets down to 10-15 on lowest settings.

Does it use shared memory ??,maybe its a problem with that,is it set to auto or can you set how much is available in the bios ??.

An odd result, indeed. I would have expected 20-30 fps on Low to Medium at a decent resolution from that GPU.

my setup:

nvidia 260GTXM 1GB
q9200 2.4Ghz (oc 3.5Ghz if I need it)
4GB Ram

all low/disabled 1680x1050 fps is unplayable
all low/disabled 1368x768 around 30 fps

2 of my 4 cores are used.

The 330M is normally equipped with 1GB dedicated VRAM. And it has a 128-bit bus to it. It's more limited in performance by the fact that it has just 48 shaders (the "minimum" 8800GT has 112).
