Is it possible (and how) run Witcher 2 as normal user AND install the Troll Trouble?

Run as admin installs it to admin and after that running W2 as normal, it is not installed (according to the launcher).

I won't start running it as admin, so a different solution is needed.

Is there possibility to verify if TT is actually installed to normal user also?
Its actually just broken right now.
I installed my GOG copy on my wifes pc and my main rig on launch day and it installed and verified just fine.
Yes I had to verify as admin and played game as normal and it is installed and working fine on those two pcs.

Yesterday i decided to install it on my backup/old pc also to see how well it would run the game and i have yet to get it installed and verified after trying numerous times.

I tried running the patcher.exe like it says in the sticky but that doesnt do squat.

Anyway, there are many posts here recently about the TT downloadable content not downloading and installing right, so I'm sure they are aware and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I feel for others who just purchased the game, cuz it doesnt take too long to get to act1 where you want troll trouble installed so you can play it.

Here, someone just posted this.

We are currently experiencing problems with the Troll Trouble DLC. We are working on a solution for this problem. Good news is that the solution to this problem should solve all recent problems with the DLC. The bad news is that there is the problem.

UPDATE 1:57 AM CET: We've returned to the old way of serving the DLC but this doesn't mean that it solves everything. Most of you will be able to download the DLC. Some of you probably won't. We know what's the problem - it resolves around the DLC CRC being cached but can't do much about it at this very moment. This issue is very important for us as we understand how you feel. We will try to address this issue with a support software in the mean time and this problem should be solved finally with the incoming Patch1 - early next week.
