I'm sure glad I bought it here.

I said to myself "I'll wait till the morning and finish the download, then I'll be nice and refreshed and rarin' to go..." Well my subconscious woke me at 3:13 and now I'm awaitin' for the install to finish....been about 45 mins to download all the extra content so far.

Averaging around 2Mbs (comcast cable)here on cnet servers(I guess) East Coast USA.

Still @ 50% install point tick tick tick This is taking as long as Dragon Age Origins to install!!

I'll read te manal.....tick tick tick

I have 200+ games in my steam account. But they lost my 50$ because of the late release date. Bought my first game here, in gog.com

No they don't. The guy that works on the Steam download content is working on it right now. Unfortunetly Either Atari or CD Project didn;t get them the files to them till about 3 hours ago. So Steam is currently working on getting the files to all the servers. His estimation is about 2 hours but may be earlier.

Also Steam wasn't supposed to have Securom on it, but Atari or CD Project sent them the wrong files, but they are uploading those to their servers anyways/

The Steam representative said that it does not have Securom but the dummy files where just not removed:
"Also, I just got a heads up from CDProjekt that the game doesn't have SecuROM, they just didn't bother to pull out the dummy files...so that's good."

Hope you like it. Many newbies complain lots of thing here because they expect the greatness of Steam. GoG is relatively small company compared with Steam but it's getting better. I really like GoG since i purchase Pro Pinball series. If you like classic games, this is the right place.
