So i finally made it to act 3, and i'm now at the part where i either save triss or save philippa eilhart....

If take along philippa does triss get killed or mutilated? Cause i don't want that to happen ofcourse..

What did you guys do? Anyone tried both options?

Spoil me
Why not do both. The chapter is short, so do one and then load a save and do the other.

I love Triss, but I will say this, Philippa gets the shorter end of the stick if you had to choose one over the other.
No matter what you do in the game, Triss will survive. She will either be freed by you or Letho. If you take Philippa/Roche's path, she'll be waiting for you just before the final conversation and/or battle.
However, if you choose to save Triss, then Iorveth gets severly injured later on. No idea what happens to Philippa.

For Christ's sake, can people keep the actual *SPOILERS* out of the title?

I may have past this point, but god damn, think of other people.
save philipa, triss will be ok, thanks to letho.

For me, Triss is like family. I can't spend the next 3 years until TW3 comes out wondering if i left her to die at the hands of the Nilfgardians. Geralts mission was finding and killing the Kingslayer. Phillipa and Saskia's agenda is something Geralt tries to stay out of in my opinion. Especially sense she admitted being behind the assassination of Demavend. She gets out anyway. Probably turned into an owl and blindly flew into walls until she got out a window.
nothing happens to Triss if you decide to go the other path, in both Iorveth and Roche's path

and why does the TC seem like a pirate?
the answer can be found by just looking at the game guide that comes with every legit copy of the game

The stupidly ignorant are many here,i have had half the game ruined just reading the thread titles.

But i think the more you ask/beg these numptys not to spoil the game, the more they will do it.
of course i could be wrong, and they may just be morons instead of ignorant inconsiderate pricks.

The game guide is not that clear, especially on Triss's fate.
Not to mention sometimes it's wrong.

.. out of curiosity, what do you think about people who keep on coming to this forum knowing the stupidly ignorant numptys post spoilers on thread titles? :)

Philippa seems to be doing okay either way (I'm guessing Iorveth's state at the Epilogue if you choose Triss is Philippa's doing). Saskia, on the other hand...

Also, most people seem to miss that unless we choose Triss (and clear out the Nilfgaardian embassy in the process), the sorceresses' treason is announced by the Nilfgaard's ambassador. As a result, all mages in Loc Muinne are hunted in the aftermath.
If it's Triss who accuses Sile, the chaos is not focused on the mages so much, and Council and Conclave are established in the end.

You need to remove that spoiler from the title.

only too glad to answer your question...

I think no less of those coming to the only forum available.

on the other hand i think extremely less of the other type of cretin who thinks thinly veiled sarcasm is a means to an end.
especially if that end is simply to try and divert the subject they chose to pick at.

in fact i think more of the ignorant than that type as the ignorant can correct thier mistakes and redeem themselves, where the cretin who just picks like a tick on a cows arse isnt worth any respect or redemption.
thread title is a spoiler. Just so you know op.

You can't change thread titles, so it doesn't really matter if he knows or not. Continuing to post here does keep it on the front page though!

* Yea, looks like I'm guilty as well.
