Check_Sixx: Hey guys. As the title suggests i'm on the verge of picking up this outstanding looking title, will be a nice change of pace to get into a solid RPG and take this laptop to some of its limits.

However I was wondering if anyone on these boards owns the game and can comment on what settings they are running it at, and what FPS they are getting as a result?

The main reason I'm asking is mainly due to the fact I heard that Dual Core CPU's had a hard time handling a game like GTA. For god knows what reason!

My laptop has the following:

Intel® Core i7 620M Dual Core 3.06GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5
4GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
128GB OCZ Vertex 2 SSD

I guess these are the only specs that matter with regards to gaming :]

Probably medium if not high settings.
You definitely hit the recommended requirements for the game so it should run with smooth fps regardless ;)
