I was supposed to get a sword the first time i won, but i didn't get anything, the 2nd time i did recieve the cloak. Is this a bug or?

Yeah this just happened to me also. Is it a quest item like the cloak or an actual sword you can use?

It would suck if its a quest item for further down the line as well. A usable weapon I can perhaps live without if it's not super amazing though.

Yeah, I didn't get the sword either. The other item is a quest item so it's possible the sword would have been as well.

After the meeting, before doing anything else. But I never won it again.

I also didn't actually get the sword after I won it. I played him for it after winning the spearhead needed for the quest to undo the curse on King Henselt. I had been looking forward to a new steel sword at the time too. Oh well, another bug it seems.

Same thing happened to me, I beat him once to win the spear but after I won the second game he tells me I win the sword, but I never received it. 3rd game I won a quest item cloak thing... WTF

Happened to me also, but since i had pretty great swords at the time, I forgot to complain, lol.

I received a rusty sword, which I assume is the fancy schmancy sword of the princess of Xantia.

I see what the problem was, you have to win 2 games in a row without refusing to play to check your inventory. I got all 3 items and yeah... sadly it's only a shitty rusty steel sword

Happened to me as well.

I didn't get the sword as well. But since the steel sword i found in the pool near Sabrina's shrine had a pretty good stat, i didn't mind that much. :)

To get de Kaedweni Sword (Damage 25-31 with one expansion slot) from Skalen: 1) keep playing until he don't want to play (don't select "Farewell") & 2) win at least two games (you will get de Dun Banner Cloack also). You can win the Sword before any quest in chapter two.
