I received my replacement an hour ago, the sculpture was in perfect condition and the surprise gift more than made up for any inconvenience.

Now that I have a perfect sculpture for collection, I have to decide what to do with my original scarred sculpture. I think I might paint it white and have it on display, or I may take a trip to Games Workshop and buy enough paints to make it appear like Geralt does in the game, or I might spray paint his face gold and his hair silver, or I might get some outdoor gloss and paint his skin a flesh colour and his hair red and turn him into the most awesome garden gnome imaginable... hopefully it'll keep those damn Kikimores and Echinops from messing up my flower beds.

Yeah, or maybe people just broke the new sculptures on purpose, hoping that CDPR will send them more extra goodies! :P

Oh, now I am soooo jealous because they got the muchly coveted witcher medallion! If it was me, I would've said "keep the bust, I'll take just the medallion". It's what everyone really wanted, isn't it?;)

The medallions come with the box version of TW2 here in Poland @ selected retailers. But maybe these guys are getting some other medallions...dunno. Anyway - if you're like taking a trip to PL or something - just stop by one of the big retail stores and you should get your neck pretty witchery :)

The fact that they're getting free necklaces with the new busts breaks my heart.

Since it's broken, could you send me a replacement heart with a complimentary necklace? The heart isn't even important--just find a drifter and go all Mayan on him or whatever.

... Must find a way to obtain one of those necklaces.

Oh c'mon, it's true, we get a medallion but it's not like one can wear it to go to work or something, I mean without looking a bit retarded and douche-baggish, lol. I'll wear mine over the pijama, in bed, sleeping with a replica silver sword laying on my chest, just need to find a not too expensive witcher wig, damn.

What are you talking about? I wore mine to work today, but I wish I hadn't now as it started vibrating when the boss called me into his office and told me to take it off, as it's neither appropriate work-wear or a symbol of recognised faith.

I reckon he's just scared because he's a monster and now he knows I know it... unless my medallion was set to detect magic.. maybe I should hold off attacking him with my Mum's best silver cutlery until I know for sure... what would happen if I attack him with a silver desert spoon and it turns out he's not a monster, it's just that his office is a place of power?

I reckon I could kiss goodbye to any chance of a promotion for a start.

It would be good if someone from CDProjekt could tell us what mode our medallions were set to when they were sent out, before any of us does anything foolish.

My replacement bust arrived today as well, there is a tiny bit of chipped paint and wear in a few areas on it but it's nothing to be concerned about (barely noticeable) so I'm pleased with it. I agree with Jamash that the gift more than makes up for any inconvenience - thanks CD Projekt :) It's not the same as the ingame medallion; it's much flatter & more like the version on the CE box art... but it's still very nice :) I think CDPR should look into making available a high quality, full size replica of the ingame medallion though as there is a lot of demand for it - I'd definitely buy one if they did & possibly other Witcher merchandise too.

Aww, what?! I never even knew there was this offer! :( I have a slightly damaged bust too, but I wasn't aware of the offer to replace it. Is it too late to get in on the offer?

Got it, and in perfect condition! You know, CDPR, for a moment I though "what a disappointment, why are they even trying to enter the big industry?" when the game came out, unplayable cause of activation issues, bad hardware optimization, when the forums went down and the Collectors Editions started arriving damaged. But now I think all the bugs and mistakes actually worked very well for you, PR wise. You're the underdog, the Rocky Balboa of the gaming world, you're building a rabid fanbase, each bug you manage iron out brings you new fans, you're winning people over, even those overweight, always whining yanks, lol. And pirates. I raise my glass to you CDPR!
