basically, the dialogue audio is choppy/slow/stuttering. it sounds like it was slowed down just a little bit and its frustrating me to no end. i have done everything i can to fix it and i cant solve it. i tried changing my sound drivers, nivida drivers, hell i even went from xp to win 7 earlier this week and i STILL have the problem. im running everything on ultra besides ubersampling. my specs are:
nvidia gtx 285
creative soundblaster 5.1 vx
4 gigs ram
win 7 64 bit
3.00 ghz quad core intel processor

does ANYONE have a fix for this!? its incredibly distracting to have a big epic emotional scene play out while the audio stutters! it doesnt effect any other bits of the sound, only dialogue, and i run the game at a minimum of 30 fps so it cant be a performance issue.

do you play with 5.1 sound? if so, maybe changing it to stereo will help

Make sure that you installed the latest drivers for your sound card, It is getting a little long in the tooth. Try installing ALchemy, that may help.
