beedee: No response from support 24 hours later. I expect they're going to keep ignoring New Zealand law and not offer me a refund despite the false advertising of the product.
Support is pretty well swamped at the moment. That said, NZ folks who didn't know they were getting a censored version of the game is on my list of topics to bring up in today's meeting.
