The game guide that comes with the game should have your answer.
If you're looking for minimal spoilers, I guess it's dependent on where exactly you are in the quest. I'm guessing, though, you are at a part where you need to fight him (assuming you haven't already fought him). The fight will end before you kill him, and from there on it should be relatively easy to follow the directions in your journal.

His wife was killed, you can find the head of his mate in Sendler's hut in Lobinden. Kill the ones responsible.
