I don't think dental hygene was much of an issue in that time period. Probably didn't bathe all that much either and the reason why life expectency was south of 40 years. Course hangings and beheadings tended to shorten life expectency as well.
Theres also bad harvests and winters, the lack of soap and disinfection.
I think you'd die happy in the middle ages if you'd even get to 40 and bad teeth. I'd assume there'd be a ton of issues.

And if you look at Flotsam it becomes downright absurd anyway. Am i the only one who noticed the total lack of wells, and no mosquito nets over the beds? And do you know why towns didn't have open torches at night? because Insects would fly through catch fire, and set the whole place aflame...

Ah the joys of medieval towns.
