I've made a quick mod that makes Bras of Ban Ard (the guy you give the quest items to) sell the 4 needed ingredients. Mostly for people like me that used up the Endriaga Queen Pheromones in a potion or just somehow lost/missed the items.

You can safely delete the file after you've bought the items.

EDIT: I've also made a combined version of the 3 quest fix mods, Troll Trouble Quick Fix by Paul_NZ, Melitele's Heart Fix by Dilla and my mod, if someone wants to use all of them at once:

I appreciate the thought. Unfortunately the game crashes immediately whenever I buy the pheromones.

EDIT: I got it to work by downloading the file linked in this post and then changing a typo in the def_shops.xml.

I had to change "Queen Endriag Pheromones" to "Endriag Queen Pheromones". I also removed the tabs before <loot_entry name> and replaced them with spaces. Whatever it was, that worked.

It doesn't work. I have the very same issue as straxl, and changing tabs into spaces isn't helping (the name is already "Endriag Queen Pheromones") so I really don't know what to do now...

Check out the mod and comments here.

Hope that helps.
Unfortunately it didn't. I tried this alt+Tab trick and it's still crashing.
Could you do a similar mod but just add the best sword from the Bras (Encrypted Manuscript) quest to some merchant in third act? Sry for english...

PS. I'm playing this game for the fifth time and I'm wondering... Why I always loosing Nekker's Blood right before the encrypted manuscript quest :P
And BTW...
After I've used your mod I still had 3/4 ingredients in this quest. Why that? I've got every ingredient so what can i do to complete this quest? Am i screwed? :P

Iorweth is role-playing this game as Geralt???!!!

My head just exploded.

Also, sorry the mod is not working out for people. I will, un-helpfully, just comment finally that I messed it up on my first play as well. I emphasize "I messed it up." It is marked as a quest item, after all. Dumb that the pheremones got loaded into mixer by game, but so it is. Anyway, I took a second to glance at mixer in my subsequent runs and didn't have a problem with any special ingredients. :P

(Strangely, I noticed after 1.1 that the game did not load a quest item into alchemy mixer ever again. I am talking about 3 consecutive runs without seeing this again. The only exception was the Ostmurk, which was meant to be used. Weird. And I note that I haven't seen anybody else mention this "change." So, perhaps I am just extremely lucky.)

What is annoying to me is that if i sit down to make say, 5 swallow potions, it resets the ingredients after every creation. I didn't notice it at first. Hopefully I haven't used up anything valuable.

Quite so.

I should think this would have been one of the first things modified by users. It must require SDK to modify. At least, that is what I suspect. Can't imagine anyone likes it the way it is.
