Wonder if they're planning an EE for Witcher 2...

This thread is a fail. This forum seems pretty settled considering a new game just launched!

I haven't had any technical issues asides from not realising to turn off v-sync to get rid of mouse accel. after that the game was perfect.

Zero problems so far, awesome performance.

I wouldn't say no to a EE with extra content though ;)

The game runs perfectly for me. In fact, I was surprised how well the game ran. Every time a new PC game launches the forums get filled with technical problems; it's the nature of PC gaming. People who are playing the game without problems aren't going to be coming to the forum usually, they're going to be playing the game.

game runs fine but it runs hecka hot.. like 86c

Wrong not EVERYONE works perfect for me and many others,most the problems are down to people who dont know a PC from a brevel sandwich maker.

Don't know, what you are talking about. Played 2h with steady 50+ fps no problem whatsoever.

Its about time someone told it like it is!
It gets old going to pc gaming forums listening to people complain of a games performance when theyre playing on some ancient outdated laptop/ rig and dont know enough to even list their specs correctly.
Let alone anything about keeping all drivers up to date and the pc running clean.

At the top of every pc gaming forum should be a sticky that says....
If you don't have a current pc gaming rig or have no clue what pc specs it takes to qualify for a current gaming rig, then stick to consoles and quit whining.
You obviously dont want to spend the $$$ to keep up with the pc gaming hobby and/or too lazy to do any research about pc specs and how they translates to gaming performance.

This IS NOT the developers fault , its your own for being too stupid / lazy to be a pc gamer.

Yep people will go and spend £800-£2000 on a PC and haven't a fooking clue what they have got,i wish i was a car sales man and they came to buy a car,id sell them a 20yr old banger and tell them its a porche sports car they wouldn't now.If your gonna have a PC LEARN ABOUT PC's Learn how to use it what the parts are ETC,i guess thats why Consoles are taking over because there Dumb ass proof.

The only problem I have is that it warns me there's no cd in drive when starting, and then it starts anyway when I click continue... So not a problem, only slight annoyance. Also auto detect rates my PC as medium but it runs perfectly on high settings with anti-alias and v-sync turned off. Actually it runs great with v-sync on, but mouse movement feels somewhat wrong.

I've stopped playing until they add 7.1

game was obviously rushed.

If your windows is set to use 7.1 it uses it ,my asus zonar is set to 7.1 and the game sound works perfect for me.

That's when Triss is naked I suppose?

No thats his sweaty hands lol :P

I have a g35, me and everyone else with 7.1 can't get sound on this game.
