I had the sword in Witcher 1. Got it from Velerad. I have Gwalhir, Mahakan and Raven's armour. But no D'Yaebl. What gives?

The imported items are utterly nerfed and not worth worrying about. You'll find common weapons that outshine the imported named weapons by a mile in chapter 1.

That's besides the point. I kind of knew they were kinda crap already. Regardless, i'm curious to see D'Yaebl anyway. How do you import it? They said the Mahakan blade is impossible because it's bugged. But lo and behold, I have it imported.

I've never had any issue importing anything, including D'yaebl. Here's what Witcher wikia says:

"If you do import a saved game, then depending on the state of that game, Geralt might also have:

Raven's armor
Aerondight
D'yaebl
G'valchir
Moonblade
Ard'aenye
Gwalhir
"

Well I had Gwalhir, Mahakaman Rune Sihil, Aerondight, Raven's armour and D'Yaebl. All were imported except D'Yaebl. You can't have all 4 swords on you at the same time. I believe that's the problem. More specifically, the fact that I just left D'Yaebl on the floor at the dentist's location? I reckon if I gave it to Dandelion as storage it would import.

Now if only I could have it through console commands. I just found the Arbitrator in Chapter II and it's got damage that's above and beyond all imported swords. But i'd still like to at least see it in Witcher 2. Raven's armour is unarguably the most useful and worthy thing of importing into Witcher 2. Very good armour to start with.

So it's literally impossible to import all the swords, then. Pfft.
