I'm not sure if it's my card can't withstand the graphics and have artifacts? It don't look like artifacts just like some weird film grain effect. How to turn it off?

Havent noticed this myself mate and i have everything on except uber,uber does make textures look smoodged .But no film grain that ive noticed ??.

Hmm.. it must be the driver or my graphics card.. The grain effect disappear when i use vertical sync. But V-Sync is hogging down my game.. So i have to turn it off.
