I haven't tried it, but if I went the "Print Screen " way and then MS Paint, I wold save to MY Pictures and see if it came up there, I have to agree That I don't know if the print screen thing will work in games though.
TW2 makes one with every (5 min?) save or so... But for real Screendumps, as I tried this morning with the inventory menu, I needed FRAPS. And since FRAPS is fully supported by my Logitech G510 keyboard, this works very nice for me.

The display on my keyboard shows me the average framerate, if I want that; or how many seconds of video I have recorded so far, etc.

So FRAPS is Not only for screenshots ofcourse; I could make online courseware using just Fraps and optionally a webcam/mic for spoken comments/voice-overs.

Screenshots attached, 1 is made with FRAPS, the other is a default SS from the automatic files in the MyDocs folder for tw2.

While thinking of this, it would probably be a good thing if CDPRJ uses the Windows Vista / 7 designated folder for "Saved Games" on applicable systems. (i.e. on my Win7 machine it's "C:\Users\Name\Saved Games" but it's actually storing the data on drive U: since I applied folder-redirection on that one. (Really useful and easy to do in Win7)

(And yes, those are the final credits displaying this morning at 7:44 UTC+1, but I'm probably not the first to have finished the game once at easy since release.)

If you use EVGA Precision, you can designate a screen capture key, and deposit directory. MSI Afterburner probably has the same functionality.

revial: I would be willing to bet a gajillionbazillion dollars that it doesn't actually do anything for him either. Maybe he's never actually bothered to go LOOK at the "screenshots" he's taken? ;p

Kalfear: You would be wrong then

I was screwing around with it yesterday evening while playing and they saved to mydocument/witcher2/ file!

Also when I run Picasa 3 every saved ganme file has a screen shot attatched to it!

Whats with the fing children around here

Could have simply asked how and where it goes with out being such a dick kid!

AudreyWinter: Why does that work for you and not anybody else?
I tried of course, but neither found screens in the corresponding folder, nor was able to paste it into a graphic program.

Kalfear: Audrey, look in your documents file, not your witcher2 program (I initially thought they save there as well but couldnt find them so had to mouse over a actual screenshot to see where they were stored!

Thats how its working for me anyways.
C:\Documents and Settings\myaccountname\My Documents\Witcher 2\gamesaves

Every manual and auto save has a ss attached to it plus any printscreen ss shots I take

Nightmare to sort through but they all there
I try it and is not work :/
