well i am kinda picky about my games. guess cause i dont want to spend 50-60 bucks and get a crappy game. so i compare all rpg's to oblivion which set the standard pretty high. i know it is different but do you like this better?

For one its not similar to Oblivion in a lot of ways. This game is very story driven and the exploration is relatively linear (stress on the relatively). If you buy this game expecting an Oblivion like experience you would be disappointed. If you want a game that has a great graphics, branching storyline based on your decisions and moderate free roaming, then this game is for you.

It's more Mass Effect with swords than it is Oblivion.
