Does anyone know how ? I have tons of enhancements and no clue how to attach them.
I've read through the guide and the in game journal tutorial nothing helps understanding how the UI works.

Also, is there anywhere in the game where you can store your items?

First you can only enhance armor that has slots. Little dots next to the image. Then I believe it is as simple as dragging and dropping.

Also the manual answers a lot of basic questions. No sarcasm or anything, just give it a quick read.

nothing in the manual says how to figure out if the armor has any slots, also is there anywhere where I would be able to store my items?

Yeah enchant-able items have small circles next to their icons representing how many slots they have.

Here is an example. (I added the red rectangle for emphasis).

There have been a fair number of threads asking about storage and the general consensus seems to be that there isn't any.
