Devils4dvocate: Now that I know that my personal waiting for the game has prolonged 7 additional hours (look here if you don't know what I'm talking about http://www.gog.com/en/forum/the_witcher_2/what_time_will_the_remaning_files_download) I'm searching for ways to getting in the mood for TW2. Besides the obvious options (replay TW1 and read the books) I would like to ask the community for any suggestions you got.

I will begin with a unexpected little gem i have watched this night. It is the movie "Black Death", a production from UK set in the medieval times. I will not spoil you any details, but it is surprisingly near of the spirit of TW1: obviously there are no witchers, but complex moral decissions, a real treatment of the age and society (this is not LOTR), religion issues (u remind the Flaming Rose Order?), tridimensional characters, and absolutely no good vs evil scheme.

Other ideas?
does anyone know where I can buy the books translated in English?

Err, amazon, for example?

I'll watch HBO's Game Of Thrones to get in the mood. It's based on George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Fire and Ice" epic and shapes up to be quite amazing.
