I may just be ignorant on the internet, but what format does the CD (in the extras) come in? I can't figure out how to unpack it, or what program to burn it with. Any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time!

Are you talking about the soundtrack? It comes in a .zip file format, and a bunch of different programs can open it, of which I'd recommend 7-zip (free and versatile).

Otherwise I have no idea what you're talking about :)
It's a zip file.
Hmm... gah, I didn't think the extras package would be different between D2D and GOgG I got an "Audio CD Image" folder w/ a .bin , .cue & .nrg file. Sorry, i'll go ask them about it... should've picked it up here I guess :)

You can download MagicDisc for those, though I don't remember how well it plays with .nrg files. PowerISO and Daemon Tools are better alternatives, but not free like MagicDisc is.
Thanks! worked like a charm... I apologize that I didn't check the "question with an answer" button on this post, but you kind folks are rockstars :)
