When I select a dialogue option or try to skip a line of dialogue (using either the mouse or keyboard), the next line of dialogue sometimes skips. The camera cuts to the character who would have spoken for a brief moment, then cuts to the next speaking character.

When using the arrow keys to navigate menus, the selection moves two spaces per button press.

I've searched for posts by others with this issue and found that one common cause is having Raptr running in the background, but I don't have Raptr installed.

Stuff I've tried so far:

• Closing background programs (e.g. Nvidia GeForce Experience, Logitech Gaming Software)
• Stopping services and processes related to tablet input
• Reducing mouse polling rate to 125Hz (from 1000Hz)
• Half refresh rate V-sync
• Rebooting

System specs:

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.4GHz
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 4GB (driver version 353.30)
RAM: 16GB DDR3 @ 1866MHz
Monitor: Samsung S23A700D - 1920x1080 @ 120Hz
Mouse: Logitech G500s
Keyboard: Logitech Wave Keyboard (wired)

Game version is 3.4.0.25. Using Extreme Quality Flora mod, Grass Color Fix (and Grass Color Fix for Vergen), recoloured Geralt hair texture and ReShade for SMAA.

EDIT: Issue was caused by ReShade (Witcher 2 reacting to raw and window input at the same time), updating ReShade to 0.19.1 fixed it.
